1. Terms

The terms of this document cover any payment transaction made online, or by phone, for services rendered by Byron Baker Design, LLC. A company who has signed a service agreement or contract for services will hereafter be referred to as “the client”.

2. Payment Terms

Balances, down payments, and other charges will be itemized on each invoice for rendered service when you log in to your account. Byron Baker Design, LLC has rendered services to the client, therefore the client is also bound by the initial design contract signed between the client and Byron Baker Design, LLC. Processing of payments towards your project balance will be regarded as final. No refunds will be issued to the client for any reason or circumstance.

3. Third Party Processing

All payments will be processed by a third party agent, and Byron Baker Design, LLC does not store or maintain any payment information including billing name, billing address, phone number, credit card number, CCV2 code, or credit card expiration date. All information required for payment will be sent via an encrypted secure socket layer (SSL) to third party processors/gateways for authorization and payment. Additionally, Byron Baker Design, LLC only uses professional services that comply with Payment Card industry Data Security Standards (“PCI DSS”). Byron Baker Design, LLC is not responsible for any security breach, or for any action of third parties that receive payment information presented for payment processing from our website.
